Booking works in steps. After booking, clients text a photo of the size and length they want to receive an exact price. A non-refundable $25 security deposit is required and is applied to the service fee. Appointments are confirmed by text 24 hours before the service date. The studio does not take clients at 7am.
Each service lists an approximate appointment length, so clients can plan their day. Feed-in braids take about 3 hours, knotless braids about 3.5 hours or more, crochet braids about 2 hours, and Fulani and Senegalese styles about 4 hours. Sew-ins take about 2.5 hours.
