The salon says its aim is to help each client get the look they want, in a setting it describes as welcoming, creative and diverse. Services cover cutting, coloring, highlighting, perms, relaxers, keratin treatments, extensions, updos and wedding hair. Retail haircare and color products are also sold through an online shop.

Listed prices start with a haircut and blow dry at $65, a men's and boys' cut at $37 and a little girls' cut from $40. A shampoo and blow dry is $40, and long, thick or curly hair may cost more. Color application starts at $80, partial highlights at $95 and full highlights at $120. Corrective or creative color is priced after a consultation. Prices stay the same unless a client adds services.

The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Monday from 10 AM to 4 PM is for retail only, and the salon is closed on Sundays. Bookings of three or more appointments must be secured by a contract and a credit card on file. Appointments cancelled less than two weeks ahead are charged the minimum service price for each one.

Keratin express is $150. The keratin treatment and the keratin personalized blow out are each $350 and include a haircut, a blow dry and take-home shampoo and conditioner. On-site services, including bridal and wedding party hair, are paid in advance with a 20% gratuity added. A travel fee of $50 applies within 15 miles of the salon, plus $1 per mile beyond that.
