The studio's focus is on extensions that aim to keep clients' natural lashes healthy and strong. Each natural lash is isolated so that one extension is applied at a time, without touching other lashes or skin, and lashes are not counted. Work is done under surgical magnifying loupes and broad spectrum lighting, and every service takes place in a private room. Clients may wear contacts and makeup with extensions in place, though waterproof mascara is discouraged, and they can swim, use the sauna and get facials with extensions on.

Classic extensions place one extension on each isolated natural lash. Volume extensions use fine lashes applied in small clusters, from two up to six or more. Hybrid extensions combine the two techniques. The studio stocks a wide range of lengths, thicknesses and curls. Extensions are 100% polyester synthetic fiber, and the mink and silk names refer to different types. The adhesive is cyanoacrylate-based and semi-permanent. Products are Evrly Beauty, which the studio says are personally sourced and salon tested.

Pricing starts at $55 for a classic fluff, $100 for a classic fill and $200 for a classic full set, and prices are slightly higher when booking with Tasha or Evelyn. A fluff is a 30 to 45 minute add-on for extra lashes, available up to two weeks after a fill and only between fills. A returning client full set is required after 5 weeks. A first full set takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, and fills take about 1 to 1.5 hours. Series packages of 3, 6 or 12 fills are offered at a discount. Appointments are required, and booking takes a 50% deposit and a credit card to guarantee the service. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, otherwise 50% of the service is charged, and no-shows are charged in full. Clients should arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, and reminder emails are sent 48 hours before. Treatments and packages are non-refundable, and gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

The studio isolates each natural lash and applies one extension without touching other lashes or skin, and it does not count lashes, aiming to preserve the health and strength of clients' natural lashes.
