A new client starts with a detailed consultation to decide on length, curl, density and shape. Appointments are required and can run up to 90 minutes on average. Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup, mascara, eyeshadow, eyeliner or false lashes. Extensions are applied lash by lash by a licensed lash stylist, and volume extensions attach several lightweight pieces to one natural lash for more dimension. The salon uses length-matched, weighted extensions and says these do not damage natural lashes. Real mink and silk options are available, and medical grade glue is used, with a gentler glue offered for sensitive skin.

Maintenance is part of the routine. The salon recommends a touch-up every two to three weeks. Touch-ups are for existing clients only, so someone coming from another lash salon needs a New Client ReLash appointment, which runs longer than a standard ReLash. Removal is done by appointment with a licensed lash stylist. A home page review mentions a 72 hour guarantee on eyelash extensions. The salon sells a lash cleanser and a pro-use remover made without thinner, acetone or polishing material.
