Wink & Ink is a private studio suite in Burnsville that focuses on lash extensions. The studio sits inside Sola Salons, and the suite is Suite #24 in the building. Free parking is available in the lot outside.

Every appointment starts with a consultation to talk through the result the client wants. Services are performed in a private studio setting. Clients are asked to arrive with clean skin and no makeup around the treatment area, and to take out contact lenses before lash extensions. Aftercare instructions are given during the appointment, and the studio notes that not following pre-care or aftercare may affect how the results turn out.

The lash menu runs from full sets in three styles to fills and smaller touch-ups. A classic full set places one extension on each natural lash for a subtle, mascara-like look. A hybrid set blends classic and volume lashes, and a volume set applies several lightweight extensions to each natural lash. Fills replace extensions that have grown out or been lost. A mini fill is a shorter touch-up for clients returning within seven days of a previous fill. A lash bath add-on removes makeup, oils and buildup before application, and is required for clients who arrive with unclean lashes. Lash removal is also offered.

Brow threading includes detailed mapping to shape the brows to the individual client.

Entry is through a locked door, so the studio sends a guest pass link roughly 15 minutes before each appointment. Bookings are made ahead through the online system, and reserving full sets requires a valid card on file. Changes or cancellations made under 24 hours before the visit incur a fee of 50% of the service price. Someone who doesn't show within 10 minutes of the booked time, without getting in touch, is logged as a no-show and billed the complete service price, and must pay in advance for later bookings. Late arrivals beyond the 10-minute mark might be asked to rebook and could face the cancellation fee. All services are final, and any issues need to be reported within 72 hours so the studio can make adjustments. People tagging along, children and animals need advance approval to come in.
