Brow appointments begin with a consultation about the shape and thickness you want. The brow menu runs from a promotional tint-and-tidy visit, which includes hair removal, shaping, trimming, semi-permanent tint and a soothing cream afterward, to an annual touch-up and shaded brows done as a two-step process. For the shaded brows, a topical anesthetic cream is applied, and comfort varies from person to person.
The lash menu centers on volume. Volume fans are handmade for each lash application from 0.07mm lashes, compared with about 0.15mm for classic lashes. Fills are offered only on the studio's own work, and clients who had lashes done elsewhere need a removal and a full set first. A refill requires at least 40 percent of lashes to remain; otherwise it is priced as a full set. Removal uses a gel adhesive remover, and clients are asked not to pick or pull lash extensions off.
