Electrolysis treats each hair on its own with a sterilized probe that is single-use for each client. The studio says it is commonly used on the upper lip, chin, eyebrows, and white, gray or red hairs, and it is typically used on smaller areas. Every first-time electrolysis client has a free 20-minute consultation before treatment.

Laser hair removal uses a Candela Gentlemax PRO, which combines a 755 nm Alexandrite laser and a 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser, and the studio says the device has a patented cooling system used before, during and after treatment. It suits larger areas and most body areas. No local anesthesia is needed, though a topical anesthetic cream is available for sensitive areas. Facial and bikini areas can often be completed in under 10 minutes. Sessions are usually about six weeks apart, most people need roughly four to eight, and the studio recommends six per area, with touch-ups once or twice a year afterward. Light, red or gray hair does not respond well to the laser, and results may be less effective on very dark skin (Skin Type VI).

Clients usually see the same practitioner at each visit, and after a consultation they receive an estimate of expected results. The studio describes its setting as comfortable and private. Laser prices run from $50 per session for the abdomen or breasts to $600 for full legs. A package of four sessions includes a fifth one free, paid at the first session; the package is non-transferable and non-refundable. Payment is due at the time of service by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover, and payment plans are offered. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and shorter notice may incur a charge. Each appointment is reserved for one client, and the studio does not double-book. Clients are advised to use SPF 25 or higher on treated skin and avoid heavy sun for about four weeks after laser treatment. Street parking is available in front, and a free lot is behind the building.
