Every appointment begins with the set chosen for the client, from soft everyday fullness to dense, dramatic volume, and each set is planned around the client's eye shape and lifestyle. The studio says it designs its lash services to protect the health and integrity of natural lashes. The space is described as clean and private, and Karissa aims to pair an elegant setting with a personal, welcoming feel.

Services range from a $20 Extended Services visit and a $40 Lash Removal to fills priced from $60 for a Classic Fill up to $115 for a Foreign Mega Volume Fill, and full sets from $140 for a Classic Full Set up to $210 for a Mega Volume Full Set. Listed durations run from 30 minutes for the smaller services to 3 hours 30 minutes for the largest full set. A free consultation, with or without a patch test, is available before booking a first set.

Booking requires a non-refundable 50% deposit, which is applied to the total service cost and cannot be transferred. Cancellations within 48 hours carry a 50% fee, cancellations within 24 hours carry a 75% fee, and no-shows are charged the full service cost. Reschedules made at least 24 hours ahead avoid cancellation fees, and arrivals more than 10 minutes late may have the appointment canceled with a 50% charge. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, to shower beforehand, to avoid steam and humidity for 24 hours after the service, and to skip caffeine for at least 3 hours before the appointment.

Each set is planned around the client's own lashes and applied carefully, with the aim of results that look balanced and last well.
