The spa is the newest addition to the William Henry and Ballard family of businesses in Belmont. The brand now runs three salons in downtown areas along with a reinvented Ballards Barbershop on Main Street.

A visit starts with a robe and slippers, and guests can use the steam shower and dry sauna before and after their services. Complimentary tea, water and champagne are offered. An amenity fee applies to each visit and covers beverages, robes, products and the relaxation space, though Pilates members are exempt. For the sauna, guests can wear a wrap-style robe or athletic shorts, a swimsuit or a sports bra, and must be fully covered. A tranquility room is open after a class or treatment, and parking is free at the building.

Massage options include a signature massage, a cranial treatment, integrative reflexology, and a pre-natal, lymphatic drainage and oncology massage priced at $64 per 30-minute session. Scrubs, cupping, acupressure, stretching, trigger point work, kinesiology taping, scalp treatments, aromatherapy and heated stones can be added, but only alongside a massage. Facials are booked in 30, 60 or 90 minute blocks and customized to each guest's skin care needs, with options such as a signature facial, a glow refresher, microdermabrasion and a HydraFacial. The med spa menu covers Botox, Dysport, lip and cheek filler, the VIPEEL facial peel, Collagen PIN MicroNeedling and laser skin rejuvenation. The spa describes its med spa services as top notch.

The Wellness Experience Pilates studio operates inside the spa at the same address. Classes run 50 minutes and come in eight formats, including Athletic Reformer, Signature Reformer, Refined Reformer, Strength x Reformer, Pilates HIIT, FitCore, Sculpt and Golflates. The studio describes itself as the only reformer studio in Gaston County attached to a spa, and as locally owned rather than a chain. Drop-in classes, a five-class pack, and several weekly membership levels are available, and gift cards can be purchased.
