Every new client begins with a consultation before any services are booked. Consultations are offered virtually for $25 or in person for $50, run about 20 to 30 minutes, and are listed for ages 18 and up. The consultation fee is non-refundable, but if a new client books the New Client Signature Facial within 30 days, the fee is credited toward it. That first treatment runs about 90 minutes and begins with an in-depth M9 digital skin analysis. A Wellness Discovery Consult, offered virtually at $75, is suggested for questions about wellness, hormones or body contouring.

Hormone therapy (HRT and TRT) is provided by partnered naturopathic doctors from Phoenix Anti-Aging Clinic, who share the office. Medical services are provided by, or in partnership with, the on-site licensed naturopathic doctor, and prescription weight-management medications are prescribed and managed by partnered naturopathic doctors when appropriate.

The menu runs from corrective treatments for acne, dark spots, melasma, rosacea and uneven tone, to body work such as RF and EMSCULPT NEO contouring, cellulite and lymphatic treatments, and a set of men's facials. Mondays are reserved for men's appointments under the Manly Monday program. Every client earns WilKay Rewards points, member or not, and points can be redeemed at checkout.

Care plans are built around each client's skin analysis, goals, concerns and lifestyle, combining in-clinic treatments with homecare. The business says it addresses root causes of skin concerns, aging and imbalance.
