Appointments are not rushed. Services are shaped around each client's nails, daily routine and goals, and the studio is described as calm and unhurried. Visits typically run 60 to 120 minutes depending on the service and design, and walk-ins are welcome if clients call about 30 minutes ahead.

Pricing is shared before any service begins, and the salon says it has no hidden fees. Tools are cleaned, disinfected and sterilized between clients, and each client receives a new pouch. Surface-level nail damage may be serviced, while nails with suspected fungus, broken skin, open wounds or signs of infection are referred to a doctor.

The enhancements differ in structure. Polygel blends gel flexibility with acrylic-like strength, acrylic is a liquid-and-powder system for length and durability, Gel-X is a light soft-gel extension, and hard gel suits medium to long natural nails. Most clients return every two to four weeks for fills or maintenance, according to the salon. Removal of acrylic, Gel-X and hard gel is done by filing and acetone wraps, repeated two to three times, without prying product off the natural nail or using carbide bits on it.
