Wildroot Salon is located on Justin Road in Highland Village, Texas. The hair menu covers color, cuts, styling, treatments and hair extensions, and spray tans are offered alongside it.

Appointments are booked through the salon's GlossGenius site. Packages and memberships are bought online, and their credits or benefits apply automatically at checkout. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and can be scheduled for delivery; gift card sales are final.

Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice and no-shows are charged 25% of the scheduled service, and after several cancellations a 50% deposit may be required before future bookings. Fees are charged to the card on file or must be paid before a new booking.

The salon is open Monday from 1 to 7 PM, Tuesday from 12 to 6 PM, and Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and it is closed on weekends. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Questions can be sent through a contact form on the site.
