Its main service is eyelash extensions in three styles: classic, where one extension is applied to each natural lash, hybrid, which mixes classic and volume extensions for added fullness and texture, and volume, which uses lightweight volume fans for a soft, dense look. Full sets are booked as 120-minute appointments.

Between full sets, clients book fills timed to their growth cycle: 2-week fills for clients returning about two weeks after a set, and 3-week fills for clients returning about three weeks out, which require at least 40% of lashes left. A 3-week volume fill also replaces extensions that have shed. Clients who arrive with another provider's extensions can book a separate new-client fill. Lash removal and a brow wax and tint, shaped and tinted to define the brows, are also offered.

The salon uses LED glue on all clients, and says this glue gives the best lash retention. Booking is by appointment, with hours on Tuesday to Thursday from 3 PM to 8 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM; the studio is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and later changes are charged 50% of the service price. A no-show is charged the full service price.
