Wildflower Hair Studio was started by creative partners Ashley Thompson and Brandie Engle. The salon is in Suite 5 at 3595 Canton Road in Marietta.

Services are shaped around each client's style, lifestyle and hair goals rather than one standard look. The salon uses professional techniques and high-quality products, and describes its hair services as luxury and its extensions as premium.

Appointments are one-on-one and begin with a personalized consultation. The salon describes the setting as laid back and supportive. Final pricing for extensions and major color changes is set after that consultation, which depends on hair length, density, the desired result and the time required.

Color services include grey blending and coverage, dimensional brunette work, lived-in color for low-maintenance results, and full blonding sessions with balayage and highlights. Women's haircuts include blowouts and styling between color appointments. Custom hair extensions include No Sew Micro Bead. Most color clients return every 8 to 12 weeks, and extension maintenance usually falls every 6 to 8 weeks depending on the method.

Clients need at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made less than 24 hours ahead carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean an abbreviated service or a new appointment, depending on the day's schedule. Deposits are required for color transformations and new extension clients, and a card must be kept on file for every account. The suite also rents booths to stylists, with natural light, a double window, wifi, complimentary washers and dryers, keyless entry and a cleaning service.
