It calls itself one of the two top salons in the area and says its advanced education is what sets it apart from others in the beauty industry.

Every new extension client begins with an in-person consultation, which costs nothing and must happen before any installation is booked. During that visit the stylist decides whether extensions are a good fit, recommends the type, and settles on the length and shade to order. Because the hair needs time to arrive, installations are scheduled no sooner than 10 days after the consultation. To hold the appointment, a deposit is charged, usually 25 to 50 percent of the total, and it cannot be refunded. The installation starts with a cut so the added hair sits naturally with the client's own, then finishes with a full blow-dry and styling. Clients leave with a take-home set that contains a sulfate-free shampoo, a matching conditioner, a Wet Brush, a silk pillowcase, and written care instructions.

Color services are built around a personalized color consultation, which covers goals, hair history and lifestyle. Named looks range from a quick face-frame highlight around the hairline to a brighter look without a full head of foils, dimension across the whole head, and fashion color. Brazilian Blowout treatments are offered in three forms: the Original Solution, which the salon says finishes in as little as 80 minutes and gives smooth, frizz-free results for up to 12 weeks with aftercare products; the Express Treatment; and the Split End Treatment, which can seal splits or act as a cutting lotion to keep a precision cut for up to 4 weeks. These can be used on any hair type, for straight, sleek or defined curl results, and can be combined with color on the same day. A consultation is required before a first texture service such as a perm, keratin treatment or extensions.

Booking and visit policies are straightforward. A credit card is required to reserve, and cancellations can be made through the online booking system, by phone with the front desk, or by replying to a text confirmation. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service price, and appointments more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled or may not be provided as booked. Guests who are not satisfied can request a service adjustment with the same stylist at no added cost within one week of the service date. Defective or unsatisfactory retail products may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days with a receipt. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and only service animals are allowed. Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, tap-to-pay and cash. Many services are listed from a starting price, and stylists customize each one, so the complimentary consultation gives a more exact cost.
