The Custom Crafted Facial is the centerpiece of the menu, offered as a 90-minute session for $125 or a 60-minute version for $95. Dermaplaning, enzyme and glycolic peels, high frequency, extractions, microdermabrasion and LED are included in that price. An herbal backbar is used to customize masks during facials, and a scalp treatment with custom oil and a high frequency wand can be added to any custom facial for $20. A Back Facial at $95 cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the back and includes extractions.

For skin and body work, Body Contouring ($175, 1 hour 30 minutes) is a three-step treatment that combines cavitation, radio frequency and lymphatic techniques. Chemical peels ($175, 1 hour) are customized by type and depth, with options described as suitable for all skin tones.

Brow and lash services include a Custom Brow with Tint ($60, 45 minutes), where shape is set using measurements and mapping of the face, and Brow Lamination, Wax and Tint ($80, 1 hour), which uses a perm solution with results lasting 6 to 8 weeks. A Lash Lift and Tint ($75, 1 hour) has results lasting up to 6 to 8 weeks. Facial waxing starts at $20 and body waxing starts at $30 for a 30-minute visit. Full leg and Brazilian waxing are not offered.

The Skin Ritual Monthly Membership requires one facial booked each calendar month under a six-month commitment. Members can book up to two facials each month at the membership price, give away one facial every six months, receive 15% off other services including microneedling, and earn a $20 referral credit toward services. Membership is not auto-paid; clients pay at each appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, with a 50% fee for late changes and a 100% fee for no-shows. Clients complete a health questionnaire before facial services. Gift cards are sold, with a balance check available, and unused, unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days with a receipt.
