Appointments are booked through the business's online booking page, and a card is kept on file for every booking. Clients who arrive more than five minutes late are asked to reschedule, and cancellations need 24 hours notice, which can be given in the booking app. Clients who take medications such as Accutane are asked to let staff know before waxing. Every facial starts with a complimentary skin care consultation, and treatments can be adjusted with different products to suit the client's skin.

First-time clients booking a Brazilian waxing receive extra appointment time. Repeat Brazilian waxing is suggested every three to six weeks, and waxing is timed for when hair has grown four to five weeks since the last wax, trim or shave. Clients are advised to avoid caffeine, alcohol and stimulants for a few hours beforehand, ideally 24 hours, and to skip waxing after drinking the night before. Shaving right before a facial is discouraged to prevent irritation.

The facial menu includes microdermabrasion, a 50-minute treatment not offered on active acne or broken skin; an oxygen facial, a 50-minute treatment that infuses oxygen, plant-derived stem cells, peptides and enzymatic botanicals; a 50-minute signature face-lift built on vitamin C, enzymes and stem cells; and a one-hour GLO2 facial. Facials are suggested every four to six weeks, and a high frequency, ultrasound or red light add-on is available for $20.

Waxing aftercare products include Deck Scrub Original and Deck Scrub Sensitive, Deck Polish for the bikini area, and Fur Ingrown Concentrate with the Fur Mitt Trio. The business says the Fur Mitt Trio is dermatologically and gynecologically tested. Waxing and facials are not offered on cold sores, warts or bacterial infections; clients with eczema or psoriasis may be treated unless there is an active flare-up or broken skin. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $20, $30, $40, $50 or custom amounts. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed on Sundays and Mondays.
