Wild Rose Spa was founded by Karissa Bergin-Covey, who is listed as owner and founder. The spa was set up with the aim of creating an intimate and inviting atmosphere, and it presents itself as the first full service spa in downtown Mooresville.
To find the spa, park in the lot behind the Station Two22 building and enter through the double doors at the back. Retail is on level 1, reached by elevator, and the spa is the first set of black doors on the left after the apartment entrance. Every appointment begins with a short consultation before the service starts, and consultations are free and take about 15 minutes.
The menu is grouped into skincare, body care, body waxing, lash and brow care, and spray tanning. Skincare runs from a 30-minute reset and monthly facials to microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microneedling and chemical peels. Body care includes teeth whitening with a take-home kit and massages of 60, 75, 90 or 120 minutes, including lymphatic drainage. Gift certificates can be bought online or in person.
Appointments can be booked from the day itself or several weeks ahead, and reminders go out 48 and 24 hours before. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance carry a 50% fee, and a no call/no show carries a 100% fee. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, and clients are asked to call if they are running late.
Each appointment opens with a quick consultation before the service begins.
