The facial menu runs from a 30-minute teen facial to a 90-minute dermaplaning facial, and includes a men's facial built for men's skin, a back facial and a customizable spa facial. Microdermabrasion can be added to a facial for $15.

Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early and to call or text if they are running late. A 10-minute grace period applies, and an appointment missed after that is treated as a no-call, no-show and charged the full scheduled session. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; a shorter-notice cancellation is charged $40, though fees are waived for cancellations due to illness.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, and approval is needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Opening hours are Monday to Wednesday from 4:30 PM to 8 PM, Thursday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM, and Friday from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
