Nataliya Rosenfeld founded Wild Orchid Spa and opened it in Boca Raton in 2011 with a single treatment room. Each visit starts with a conversation about the client's skin or body needs, and treatments are planned from there. Clients can go only as far as they want. Packages are never required and are not sold on a first visit, and estheticians are not paid on commission and have no sales quota. The business also reports a 96 percent rebooking rate, which it describes as most guests rebooking within six months.

The studio is quiet and unhurried, with low lighting, warmed linens and acoustically separated treatment rooms, and no front-desk salesperson. The first consultation lasts about fifteen to twenty minutes, is free and carries no obligation to book. Services are offered in English, Russian, Spanish and Czech, with Russian-speaking estheticians on staff. Walk-ins are welcome when a room is free. Booking ahead by phone, online through Vagaro or by form holds a treatment room and a chosen esthetician. Parking is free in the plaza lot with no time limit.

According to the studio, it was among the earliest in South Florida to offer the patented French LPG endermologie method for facial lifting and body contouring. The business states that its LPG operators and the staff who perform Hi-Fu 3D lifting are certified on those systems. Four signature rituals pair several treatments within a single appointment. The Spider Eye Booster is an eye treatment that requires no needles.

Treatments are planned after a consultation and built over a series of sessions at a slower, layered European-style pace, with protocols aimed at longer-term results rather than a single visit.
