Each stylist works from a custom service menu, which the salon describes as clear and straightforward with no hidden fees. New guests are asked to take part in an in-salon color consultation before their service.
The salon runs stylist education with trademarked courses, including The WOS Consultation Method, A Reverse Balayage Approach and Precision Blonde Lifting with Intention and Control. Specialty courses cover tone, work behind the chair, client chemistry and staying composed under pressure.
