Waxing is done with two wax formulas made for the studio: a hard wax for the face and sensitive areas and a soft wax for larger areas. An esthetician may use both in the same visit. Hair should be about 1/4 to 1/2 inch long, and clients are asked to let it grow for at least 14 days beforehand; longer hair can be trimmed first. Waxing is recommended every 3 to 4 weeks. The studio says regrowth becomes finer, softer and sparser with repeated waxing, and that hair is typically kept off for one to two weeks after each session.

Laser hair removal is booked by area or through packages of 4 plus 1 or 7 plus 3 sessions, with each package covering one area. Most clients can return every 4 to 6 weeks, and the studio notes that the best results often come after 7 to 10 treatments. The studio says laser treatments reduce hair at the root and that results typically last 6 to 12 months, depending on hair type. Clients are asked to shave the area rather than pluck or wax it, and to avoid heavy exfoliating acids, topical creams, peels and sun exposure in the week before. Laser is not recommended during pregnancy, and services cannot be done on sunburned skin.

Facials include The Reset, a 30-minute flash facial; The Ritual, a 50-minute custom organic facial; and The Restore, a 70-minute deluxe organic facial that can add dermaplaning or microdermabrasion. The Honey Glow is a 30-minute dermaplaning and face mask treatment using Eminence Organics products, and The Glow Getter is a 30-minute teen flash facial for clients 18 and under. Optional add-ons include aromatherapy, high frequency, ice globes, scalp massage and LED light therapy. The studio says LED uses red, blue and green light and is used for collagen, acne and pigmentation concerns. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign an intake form, and facials are not performed on anyone 14 or younger.

Booking requires a credit card to hold each appointment. Changes should be made at least 24 hours ahead, and late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to the full price of the booked services. Membership offers members 20% off services, extra perks and no added fees. Children under 12 may only visit the studio when receiving their own service.

Treatments are chosen to fit the area and the client, using two in-house wax formulas and organic facial products, with preparation guidance given before waxing and laser.
