Every appointment includes a complimentary scalp massage and hot towel ritual. Foil services come with a signature blowout and conditioning mask. The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.

The Wild Heart Rituals are customized Davines treatments for the hair and scalp. To choose the Wild Heart Custom Ritual, clients complete the Davines Tailoring Quiz by scanning a QR code. Other options include a Hydration Ritual for dry hair, a Repair + Strength Ritual for fragile, damaged or chemically treated hair, a Scalp Ritual, a Color Preserve Ritual for color and highlight clients, and Liquid Luster, an instant shine treatment. The Wild Heart Signature Experience combines a shampoo, exfoliating scalp scrub, longer scalp massage, hot towel, precise haircut and blowout.

The salon says most Brazilian Blowout clients experience smoothness for up to 12 weeks, and that Keratin Complex results typically last up to 3 to 5 months. Both smoothing treatments are listed from $300 for about two hours or more. The salon asks for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice are charged 50% of the booked service, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged 100% of the services. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment.
