Brow services start with a consultation and include shaping with tweezing and trimming, custom tinting, and sometimes waxing. Visits can end with styling tips, and for clients without naturally full brows, the studio discusses rehab options. Brow maintenance is for existing clients booked within 8 weeks of their last visit.

Lash lifts use The Korean Method, which the studio describes as cutting edge and used by few lash lift artists. Each lift includes a deeply hydrating lash mask and a take-home conditioner, and results typically last 6 to 8 weeks. Lash tint is a semi-permanent dye in brown or black that typically lasts about 4 weeks. The studio describes its lash lift as gentle and nourishing, with no harsh chemicals.

Waxing covers Brazilian, bikini, extended bikini and underarms, along with small areas such as lip, chin and sideburns. The studio uses hard wax, typically on sensitive areas, and soft strip wax, and says its two hard waxes are biodegradable and compostable. The studio says Brazilian waxing is among its most popular services. It does not offer full-body waxing.

Booking is done online, and gift cards are sold on the booking page. Prices are all-inclusive, so the price shown is the price paid, and gratuity is neither expected nor accepted. Only the services listed on the services page are offered. Lip, chin and sideburn waxes cannot be booked alone; they can be added to a combo or an existing service on the same day. Before a lash lift, clients should arrive without makeup on their lashes, and should avoid steam such as hot showers, saunas and heated classes for 24 hours afterward. Before a wax, hair should not be shaved, tweezed, trimmed or treated with chemical removers for at least 4 weeks, and it should be about the length of a grain of rice. Waxing is offered during menstruation, and clients who are pregnant are asked to tell their provider early.
