Wild Comb grew out of a shared salon suite partnership between the owner and a friend, which ended at the end of 2020. The studio is a single-owner space inside Method Salon Suites, and the owner keeps the booking calendar herself.

Booking runs through the Square booking page, which also keeps the schedule current in the SquareGo app. Appointments are approved by the owner before a confirmation text goes out, and clients receive a text about two days ahead asking them to confirm by 24 hours before. Clients can message through the Square Assistant or by email, and can change a booking from a confirmation message. Changes or cancellations are requested at least 24 hours ahead to avoid fees, and a courtesy text arrives about four hours before the visit.

Color consultations, about 15 minutes, are offered before an all-over color change, a vivid color or a color correction. Every color service includes a blow-dry style. Haircut pricing depends on the hair length at the time of service, and the listed prices are starting points that can change with hair length, texture and density.

The menu moves from quick add-ons such as express gray blending and neckline detail to full highlighting and balayage sessions, so a visit can be a single service or a longer appointment combining cut and color.

Work is scheduled one appointment at a time, with a consultation offered before larger color changes so the plan is set before the color is applied.
