Shampoo is included with every haircut, while blow-dry styling is charged separately. Blowouts are priced by hair length, from short through extra long, and very thick or dense hair may need extra time and product and may move up to the next length tier.

Color work ranges from single-process color and toners or glosses to custom highlights and balayage in mini, partial, or full coverage. Lightening services include all-over lightening, bleach washes, back-to-back foil work, and root retouching for up to eight weeks of growth. Color correction is billed by the hour, and a consultation is requested and a deposit is required before booking. Color removal also begins with a consultation or contact first. Bridal and special occasion styling is available, and bookings with more than one bridal service require a non-refundable deposit.

The studio's cancellation policy asks for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or change. Changes made with less notice are charged 50% of the scheduled total to the card on file, and no-shows are charged the same. Removing or significantly reducing a planned chemical service at the appointment can also bring a charge of up to 50% of the originally scheduled amount.

Each visit begins with a free consultation so the stylist can understand a client's goals, history, and maintenance needs and quote pricing before services start.
