The color menu is broad. It starts with a short consultation to talk through ideas, pricing, timing and upkeep, and includes root touch-ups, a shorter drive-by retouch for established clients, corrective color that is planned after a consultation and a test strand, and color removal that can take more than one session. Highlights, blended color, block color and a perm are shown in the portfolio, and double process color is priced at a consultation.

Haircuts include a standard scissor cut with a wash and blow dry, a longer appointment for clients with a lot of hair, clipper cuts, undercuts and beard trims. Children's cuts are offered for children of current clients, and heat styling, a deep conditioning treatment for moisture and shine, and eyebrow waxing round out the menu. Fairy Lights, a tinsel-strand service, is also offered.

Payment can be sent through Venmo, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. There are no deposits or cancellation fees, but frequent rescheduling, cancelling without notice or missed appointments may affect pricing and future bookings, and clients who no-show are asked to pay part of the missed service. The business says it aims to give each client an exceptional experience.
