Lash extensions are the studio's core. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash, hybrid sets pair classic placements with volume fans, and volume sets use only fans for more density. Full sets can run up to three hours and are done lying on your back. Mini fills take about an hour, two-week fills one to one and a half hours, and three-week fills one and a half to two hours. The studio suggests a fill every two weeks and counts retention of 40% or more as a fill; anything less is treated as a full set.

Beyond lashes, the studio offers Elleebana lash lifts, which use a keratin treatment and silicone pads to lift and curl natural lashes, with tinting available on its own or combined. Brow tinting, brow waxing and deep conditioning are also available. The facial menu runs from a 45-minute mini to a 75-minute anti-aging treatment and a longer Luxe package, and includes a men's facial and a rosacea-focused option. Massage options include customized sessions and the Migraine Miracle technique, plus waxing for face, body and bikini areas.

Some policies are worth knowing before booking. Clients who come from, or switch from, another lash artist pay an added fee, and the studio may need to remove existing extensions before a full set can go on. Lashes should arrive clean and free of makeup, and a fee applies when they do not. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice. Once a service is performed, refunds are not given, but the studio removes lashes at no cost if a client is not satisfied.

The studio says that extensions applied correctly with proper aftercare do not harm natural lashes. It advises against oil-based makeup and products around extensions because they shorten how long the extensions stay on.

The studio is tidy, cozy and calm, with one-on-one appointments in a relaxing setting.
