Services are by appointment only and booked online through GlossGenius. Booking hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with the suite closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday. A free 15-minute consultation covers hair goals, hair history and a plan for the service. It is recommended before color corrections and major changes, and it is required before any extension service so the extensions can be color-matched and the price set.

The menu covers base retouches, all-over color, platinum retouches and color correction, which is priced per hour and starts with a consultation. Highlights and balayage range from partial to full, with hand-painted and foiled options. Cuts and styling include men's and women's haircuts, blowouts and bang trims. Extension services cover tape-in and hand-tied installation and full tape-in removal.

Listed prices are starting points. The final price depends on hair length, density and the result the client wants. The suite also sells the hair products the owner uses and recommends, and these can be shipped to customers.
