The menu is built around color: toning, root retouches, color correction, creative and vivid color, ombre, full and partial highlights, double process color, balayage, dimensional color and full platinum blonde. Cuts range from kids cuts for children 11 and under and short buzz cuts to long hair cuts with styling, and bang and beard trims are offered. Other services include tape-in extensions, perms, relaxers, blowouts, styling for natural hair, Olaplex and deep conditioning treatments, and waxing.

Several services begin with a conversation. A free consultation of about 20 minutes is offered, and one is recommended before corrective color, which may take up to three sessions, and is required before creative color and tape-in extensions so color can be matched and hair ordered.

Appointments are subject to a few policies. Adjustments within 7 days of the original service are covered with a return visit, while later adjustments carry an additional charge. Cancellations should be made as early as possible so the time can be rebooked, and the 30% payment still goes toward the chemical service. A no-call, no-show makes that payment non-refundable.

Plans corrective and creative color through a consultation first, by phone, text or in person, so the appointments can be laid out in advance.
