Women's and men's floors each have hot and cold tubs, dry and steam saunas, treatment stations and showers. A co-ed area called the jimjilbang adds five specialty saunas: Bulgama, made mostly of oak and recommended for 10 to 15 minutes; Salt, which uses minerals including calcium, magnesium, iron, sodium and selenium; Clay, which uses clay imported from Korea with clay balls; Jade, a hot room; and Ice, the final stop after the others. The sauna rooms are recommended for 10 to 20 minutes each and work best used in sequence. The jimjilbang also has a kids zone, a computer area, a library and a comic book collection, plus a fitness room, an open-air rooftop terrace and sleeping areas on the gender floors and in the jimjilbang.

Treatments are a mix of Korean body scrubs, massage and facials. Acupressure, Swedish and CBD-infused massages are offered alongside buff scrubs that can be paired with aroma, brown sugar, mineral salt or silky massage. Several body treatments and massages are for women only, and men's buff treatments run on their own schedule. Facials range from a classic cleansing facial to targeted options for acne, aging skin and deep pore cleansing, and a customizable signature facial. Most facials do not include extractions.

Admission is $40 per day, waived with a treatment of $160 or more. Day passes need no reservation, while treatments are booked by phone and ideally one to two weeks ahead. Online reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and same-day bookings go through the phone line. Guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes early and check in at least 15 minutes before service. Cancellations are accepted until 5:00 p.m. the day before, and later cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. Charges during a stay go to a wristband key and are settled at checkout. Parking is valet only, at $4 paid in cash.

Guests can eat at the full-service restaurant, which serves Korean dishes and runs around the clock. The business is independently owned and operated. Visitors may not bring in food or drink from outside, and cameras are banned in the spa and locker rooms. Hair color, oils and facial skincare products are barred from the spa. Spa and sauna floors are split by gender, and guests must go without clothing there; swimwear is not permitted. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian present to supervise, and must be accompanied through the spa and sauna area by an adult of the same gender. Smoking is confined to marked zones. Certain spaces, such as the women's Jacuzzi, are sometimes shut for scheduled upkeep, and rates can change without prior notice.

The spa offers a traditional Korean bathhouse experience, combining sauna rotations, body scrubs and massage with a range of skin treatments.
