Every visit starts with a medical review. Clients are personally assessed by a Nurse Practitioner or physician before IV therapy is prescribed, when it is appropriate, and each treatment begins with a look at health history, wellness goals and a clinical assessment approved by a medical provider. An on-staff physician oversees all services. An annual assessment fee applies at the first visit, listed at $30 for 365 days, and each infusion is charged separately. Infusions usually take about 45 minutes to an hour, and a private lounge room with a recliner, blankets and a TV is available during treatment.
The menu is grouped into Premium, Premium+, Elite and Specialty IV therapies, along with injections, vitamins, medications and signature services. A drip IV delivers electrolytes, vitamins, minerals and amino acids, and straight hydration and minerals are also offered. Staff help clients choose an infusion based on their symptoms and goals. The site says the infusions are meant to do more than hydrate, and lists uses such as dehydration, migraines, nausea, cold and flu symptoms, hangovers and fatigue.
Memberships run monthly from Basic to Diamond, with each tier including a set number of wHyBucks, which are store credit worth $1 each. Members pay 12 monthly drafts, may pay early, and move to a month-to-month plan after the first 12 payments. wHyBucks can be used toward vitamin infusions, intramuscular injections and add-ons, reloaded at any time, and shared with immediate family at no extra cost. Membership benefits include discounted prices, premium rooms at participating locations, a birthday bonus and free oxygen with visits, and a corporate membership plan is available for companies.
Some clients are excluded from services. Those include people under 16 unless the medical team specifies otherwise, people who had a heart attack in the last six months, and people with active liver cirrhosis, chronic kidney disease stage 3 or higher, or acute heart failure. Clients aged 16 or 17 need parent or guardian sign-off, and pregnant clients need a note from their OBGYN. Final eligibility is decided by the evaluating provider, and services may be modified or declined.
Treatments are selected after medical evaluation and provider approval, with staff matching an infusion to each client's symptoms and goals. The business describes its approach as medically informed care aimed at helping clients feel their best.
