Facials are built around the skin in front of the esthetician. The Custom Facial is tailored to each client's needs, and the Fresh Face Fridays express facial includes customized products, hydration, SPF and a complimentary skin check-in. Named facials target specific goals: the Why Not Renew for uneven or dull skin and fine lines, the Why Not Restore for dry, sensitive or reactive skin, the Why Not Clear for acne, and the Why Not Maintain for skin that is already stable. The Gentleman's Affair is written for men's concerns such as ingrown hairs and razor burn, and includes a beard treatment.

Brow and lash services are a major part of the menu. The BBL service combines brow shaping, professionally applied strip lashes and a take-home beauty bag in 35 minutes. The salon notes that BBL uses strip lashes only and is not an eyelash extension service. Lash strips can also be applied on their own, with the client choosing the lashes.

Waxing covers the face, underarms, legs and intimate areas, including a Brazilian wax with a vajacial add-on.

Booking details: most services take a $25 deposit, and the Brow Wax & Tint takes $10. A valid credit or debit card is needed on file to reserve, and it is charged only under the cancellation policy. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations are charged 50% of the service total. No-shows are charged the full total. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may have the service shortened or be rescheduled, and may still incur the cancellation fee. The salon may waive fees at its discretion in emergencies. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Hours are Wednesday 11 AM to 7 PM, Thursday and Friday 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM. The salon is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

Facials are tailored to each client's skin, with products and steps chosen for the skin concern at hand.
