It ranges from a classic ponytail without added hair to ponytails with extras, half up and half down styles, quickweaves, closure quickweaves, and sew-in installments, with higher tiers for more elaborate installs. An All In Tier quickweave includes the hair itself and must be booked by calling the salon after the appointment is scheduled.

Silk pressing is priced for returning clients, with options with or without a trim and a Complete Happiness Silk Press at the top. The salon also offers a relaxer and a one-step basic color limited to black or natural shades. Clients considering any color appointment, other than an all-over black, are asked to book a color consultation first, which costs $50.

Clients should arrive on time, as there is a 15-minute grace period after which the stylist may cancel or reschedule. Extra guests are not permitted, deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels, and only cash is accepted for the remaining balance. A client who is unhappy with a service can contact the salon within 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment with the same stylist.
