The core of the studio is bikini and Brazilian waxing, with bundles that pair them with underarms, lower legs or brows. Brow services include a signature brow wax, brow tint and brow lamination, starting at $30. Full face, arm, back, leg and other body areas are also available, along with add-ons for bikini and Brazilian visits. Bikini and Brazilian clients receive complimentary samples of recommended aftercare products.
The studio aims to leave clients feeling comfortable, confident and cared for, and it treats self-care as relaxing rather than intimidating. New Brazilian clients are given extra appointment time and a walkthrough of the process. Bookings are made through the studio's Square booking site, and appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled there or by contacting the studio directly.
The studio is open Wednesday to Friday from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm, and it stays closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Guests should check in at least 5 minutes before their appointment. A late arrival past a 10-minute grace window may be cancelled and billed 50% of the booked services. Cancelling or moving an appointment within 24 hours incurs a fee, last-minute changes are billed at 50%, and a missed appointment with no call is billed at 75% of all services booked. Payment is accepted by credit card, Zelle, Apple Pay and cash, though change may not always be available. Anyone beyond the booked client, including children, cannot be present while services are underway.
Waxing is not offered to men or to clients with male genitalia below the waist, though other services above the waist may be booked. Clients taking Accutane should not book and must be off it for at least a year before any waxing. Clients using retinoids such as Retin-A, retinol or tretinoin must stop at least 7 days before the appointment. Hair should be about one quarter inch long, usually 2.5 to 3 weeks after shaving, and waxing every 4 to 6 weeks is recommended. Bikini clients on their period must wear a tampon or menstrual cup, as pads are not allowed.
