The brow menu covers waxing, tinting and lamination, singly or in combination. Brow tint gives a temporary filled look and is sized to the shape of the brow. Brow lamination usually includes a wax and sometimes a tint, and the studio lists a lamination with wax and tint as its recommended brow service, which takes about 1 hour 20 minutes. Microblading touch-ups are booked at 2 hours: the first one within 6 months of the original microblading is covered by the initial cost, and later touch-ups are priced separately. Clients booking a touch-up are asked to avoid caffeine, tea, energy drinks and alcohol for at least 24 hours beforehand, to skip waxing, threading and facials for at least 7 days, and to avoid facial oils such as castor or coconut oil for 24 hours.

The lash menu includes classic, hybrid and volume extensions in mini, standard, extended and mega options, plus full sets, lash lifts and lash lift with tint. A free patch test places a few lashes on each eye to check for a reaction to the glue before a first full application. Clients whose lashes were poorly applied at another salon can book a lash removal. Fills require at least 20% of natural lashes to remain; otherwise a full set is needed. Clients coming from another salon, including former clients, can book a new-client fill in classic, hybrid or volume. Before a lash appointment, clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, and to keep their lashes dry for 24 hours afterward.
