The spa describes itself as a calm place for rest and recharging. Its menu is grouped around facial care, massage, body treatments, waxing and tinting, with memberships and packages that bring several of these together.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute express facial and a 45-minute teen facial, which is designed to teach younger guests about skincare, up to a 2-hour Ultimate Facial. That facial combines microdermabrasion, LED light, oxygen infusion and massage, and the spa calls it the most intensive Eminence facial it offers. Other options include 60-minute signature, Eminence Organic and Osmosis Holistic facials, a men's facial that adds deep cleansing, extractions, a mask and a massage, and specialty facials such as a vitamin A peel and a micro-channeling version. Add-ons like ultrasonic treatment, Celluma LED light, decolletage and eye or lip treatments, and a lactic or glycolic acid boost can be combined with a facial.

Exfoliation and resurfacing options include microdermabrasion for the hands, decolletage, face and neck, or the full face, neck and decolletage, and each can be added to a facial. Dermaplaning is offered on its own or as a facial enhancement. The peel menu includes TCA, lactic (20%), glycolic (30%) and salicylic cranberry turnover peels.

Massage options range from Swedish and deep tissue to a custom therapeutic blend of the two, with CBD-based massages and a hot stone version also offered. Prenatal massage is available from the second trimester onward and is given by therapists trained for it; massage is not offered in the first trimester. Body treatments include a body polish with macadamia nut oil for scrub and hydration, a seaweed wrap with exfoliating body brushing, and a body polish that can be paired with a custom massage.

Spa packages of two to four hours combine a facial with massage or body work and are booked by calling the spa. Monthly Elevated and Grand Experience memberships include one service each month, a deep tissue upgrade for $10, and a percentage off additional services and retail products. Packages cannot be combined with other discounts, including membership discounts.

The spa says it uses clean, organic and natural products across its treatments, and that its facials use organic, natural and medical grade products.

The setting is described as calm and restful, meant for relaxation.
