A full set takes about 1 hour 30 minutes. Clients who are new to extensions can book a first-time set in classic, hybrid, volume or mega, priced below the regular full set. Returning clients book fills, usually every 2-3 weeks to replace extensions that have shed. If more than 4 weeks have passed since the last set, a new set may be needed instead of a fill.
Outside of extensions, the salon offers a lash lift, brow lamination and lash removal. Lash removal takes about 30 minutes, while a lash lift and brow lamination each take about an hour. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in amounts from $25 to $200 and do not expire.
Aftercare guidance asks clients to keep lashes dry for the first 24-48 hours, skip oil-based makeup removers, cleansers and eye creams, avoid rubbing or pulling lashes, and avoid saunas, steam rooms and hot yoga. Clients are also asked not to use an eyelash curler.
