WHIPPEDLASH works by appointment only, at its studio on Firestone Blvd in Downey. Hours vary by artist, so clients should check availability with the artist they plan to book.

The studio's main offering is classic lash extensions. A Classic Full Set takes two hours and costs $160; it applies one extension to one natural lash for fuller coverage and a defined look that is meant to stay comfortable for everyday wear. The Classic Dainty Set takes one hour and costs $100; it is a softer, lighter option designed to look like a lash lift or freshly applied mascara.

Maintenance is built around refills. A fill (one hour thirty minutes, $85) requires at least half of a client's lashes to still be intact. If less than half remain or 21 days have passed, the visit is treated as a new set. Two-week intervals are suggested between refills. A touch-up (30 minutes, $50) is for clients returning five to seven days after their last appointment. Fills done outside the studio are not accepted; in that case the studio charges for a removal and a new full set.

Extension removal takes 30 minutes and costs $30, performed with a creme debonder. It is $15 for clients having a full set applied the same day. A house call service, a two-and-a-half-hour appointment at $100, is subject to availability; travel fees start at $100 and are added to the total, and requests are made directly with NITTA.

No-show fees are $80 for a Classic Full Set (including same-day cancellation), $50 for a Classic Dainty Set and $42.50 for a Classic Fill. The studio also sells lash adhesives, remover, cleansers, tweezers, accessories and tape, and its website lists a Signature Training program with an enrollment option.
