Brow services include semi-permanent tints for color, shape and thickness, which show results right away, along with brow henna that includes a wax (results vary by skin type) and brow lamination that lasts about six to eight weeks. Lash lift and tint lasts four to six weeks, and lash tint is also offered on its own. The facial menu runs from a 30-minute HydraFacial Express to the 75-minute Whipped HydraFacial and the Whipped HydraFacial Luxe, which adds lymphatic drainage, dermaplaning and LED light therapy. Other options include a signature facial with a cold-hot cleanse, LED light therapy and a custom serum; a derma facial that removes vellus hair with a modified blade; microcurrent facials; and nanoneedle facials using collagen induction therapy. Glo2Facial options range from arms and leg gloss to full facials, and a scalp hydration and exfoliation treatment called Keravive takes about 50 minutes. Chemical peels come in progressive, mid-depth and deep versions, with a series of three to six progressive treatments recommended three to four weeks apart and deep peels requiring a consultation first.

Consultations are free. Extraction facials are recommended as a series booked one to two weeks apart, with discounts for series bookings. Hours can shift with esthetician availability, so clients can call or text to book same-day appointments when online times are unavailable. The studio is closed on major holidays. A card on file is needed to secure appointments. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours notice, otherwise a rescheduling fee of 50% of booked services applies, and no-shows are charged 100% of booked appointments. Late arrivals may incur a 50% rescheduling fee, and clients who are repeatedly late may lose access to appointments.
