The studio says it aims to offer reputable products, tailored service and reliability, and that it welcomes people of all ages in a space it describes as inclusive and safe. Before any service, lash artists assess each client's natural lashes and what is realistically achievable. New clients pay a 50% deposit, which is refundable. Apprentice lash services are heavily discounted while apprentices build their practice.
