Facials and peels begin with a skin analysis before a treatment is chosen. A medical facial takes about 45 to 60 minutes and combines exfoliation, extraction, hydration and targeted serums, with little downtime.

Neurotoxins are $12 per unit without a membership, with a $125 appointment minimum. Dermal filler is $700 to $800 per syringe, Sculptra is $850 per vial or $1,600 for two, and lipo dissolve starts at $500 for a small area. Morpheus8 starts at $800 for the face, Tixel2 starts at $400 for lips or eyes, and Face 360 filler starts at $2,500.

Three monthly memberships are offered: Basic Beauty at $99, Serious About Self Care at $149 and I'm Extra and I Know It at $199, each with a six-month minimum. Each month's fee goes into a Wheeler Wallet as credit that does not expire and is non-refundable, and it can be used for services and retail. Payment plans through financing partner Cherry cover services and memberships. According to the site, financing has no hard credit checks or hidden fees, and final terms come from Cherry.

The shop carries medical-grade skincare, sun protection, makeup and at-home treatments, all stocked at the studio for pickup or purchase by phone; online ordering is listed as coming soon. The studio is open Monday 9am to 5pm, Tuesday 11am to 7pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 3pm, and is closed Saturday and Sunday.

Care is medical and led by a nurse practitioner who still treats patients herself. Each plan is built around the individual face after a consultation, and injectables are placed conservatively and built up across visits, with every syringe placed by a nurse.

The treatment space is lit with neon rather than fluorescent lighting.
