Hours are 5am to 10pm Monday through Thursday, 5am to 9pm on Friday, and 6am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.

The fitness floor has a cardio area with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowers and stair climbers, plus a weight area with free weights, selectorized machines and functional training equipment. A FlexCore stretching area with mobility tools sits on the same floor. Purpose-built boutique studios, a Pilates reformer studio with towers, and yoga and cycling studios host the club's more than 150 weekly group classes. Other spaces include a full-size basketball gym with member open gym hours, a recreation pool with three marked lanes and a 20-foot kid-friendly slide, a 25-yard lap pool with six lanes, a therapy pool and a hot tub. The club describes its indoor track as one of the largest in the Chicagoland area; it is surfaced with Rekortan G-10 and open all year.

Recovery is part of the locker room experience, with a sauna, steam room, cold plunge pools and a hot tub, and there is a recovery room with massage chairs. A coffee and lounge area and a Windy City Lounge give members a place to sit between workouts. Membership includes the health club, and pricing depends on membership type, ages and family size. Child care is included in membership and runs while members work out, in a supervised room where children can play and make friends. Child care is open Monday to Saturday mornings and Monday to Thursday evenings, and closed Friday afternoons and Sunday.

Tennis and pickleball are major programs. The club has 12 tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts, both playable year-round, and courts can be reserved online before arrival. The site says the club is a USTA Outstanding Tennis Facility and describes its tennis and pickleball programs as among the highest quality in Illinois. Lessons, drills, leagues and special events run for youth and adults at all levels, with junior tennis, junior pickleball and private lessons, and pickleball rating clinics are registered through the club's app. Ball machine rentals and racquet stringing on a Gamma 7500 ELS machine are also available, and the PB Pavilion can be rented for corporate events or parties.

Spa hours are Tuesday to Thursday 9am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm, and it is closed Monday and Sunday. A card on file is needed to book, cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50 percent of the reserved services, and a missed appointment is charged in full. Personal training is listed on the fitness page at $85 per session.
