Custom units are made to order in three styles. The U-part unit, from about $200, has a U-shaped opening at the top for the wearer's natural leave-out and is secured with clips or sewn down, depending on the client. The closure unit, from about $250, is built around one lace closure that can be parted in different directions, and the site says it takes about 2 minutes to put on and adjust. The frontal unit, from about $300, comes as a 13x4 lace frontal that runs ear to ear, or as a glue-less version that is placed with a band and clips and leaves a small area of the sideburn exposed. Each custom unit takes about an hour to book, and head measurements can be taken at a booked consultation.

Custom orders have a turnaround of up to 15 days, and expedited service can be added to an order. Clients have six days to send or drop off their hair, and finished orders can be picked up at the salon or shipped anywhere in the world. Custom sales are final, with no returns, refunds or exchanges. Clients have 48 hours to report a discrepancy. Refunds are not issued for further customizing or for bob lengths that need trimming. Hairline alteration is available as an add-on. Custom colors are close imitations rather than exact matches, and bleaching may change the hair's integrity. Measurements should be taken with the hair flat and the tape placed outside the natural hairline. Bundle counts are suggested by length: 2 bundles up to 14 inches, 3 for 14 to 22 inches, 4 for 22 to 26 inches, and 5 for 26 to 32 inches.
