Weston Lashes is a beauty studio at 2029 Harrison Street in Downtown Hollywood, with lash work at the center of its menu alongside brow services, facial waxing and hair blowouts. The studio describes itself as a private boutique. It says it was voted Best of Weston for four consecutive years and calls its lash experience award-winning; these are the studio's own claims.

Lash extensions come in several styles. Classic applies one extension to each natural lash for a mascara-like look, Hybrid blends Classic lashes with volume fans, Volume uses fans of several extensions for a fuller finish, and Mega Volume goes further in the same direction. Lash lifts are offered with or without tint, along with a Korean Precision option, and lash tint and lash removal are available as separate services. Lash removal dissolves the adhesive to take the extensions off. Refill timing depends on how many extensions remain. A regular refill needs at least half of the extensions still in place, 45 to 49 percent calls for an Extended Refill, and 44 percent or less means booking a new full set. Mini fills are for visits within two weeks of the last lash appointment when more than half remain. Refills are generally recommended every two to three weeks.

Brow services include threading, which removes unwanted hair with cotton thread rather than wax, along with tinting, henna, and lamination. Henna brow services leave a skin stain that can last up to 7 to 14 days, and the brow color can last up to 4 to 6 weeks. Blowouts include shampoo, conditioner, heat protection and round-brush styling, and flat-iron finishes and curling-iron waves can be added on separately.

Booking policies: a 50 percent cancellation fee applies, and clients who cannot attend are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible to reschedule. Online booking deposits range from $5 to $35 depending on the service. The Healthy Lash Lift Package is four Lash Lift and Tint sessions, valid for 12 months from purchase, nonrefundable and nontransferable, and it includes a keratin aftercare product. The studio is open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed Sunday.

The studio puts exactness and craft at the center of its lash services, and it treats protecting each client's own natural lashes as a priority in every appointment.
