The hair menu covers cuts, color, highlights, blowouts and treatments. Owner and stylist Bianca Pavel focuses on dimensional blonding and lived-in color. Options include full and partial highlights, Air Touch techniques, color correction, and toner and style services. Curly cuts take about two hours, and clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair from the day before with little or no product. New clients are required to have the Get Pure clarifying treatment before any hair service.

Makeup services include trials, model makeup and event makeup. Event bookings carry a travel or set-up fee. Model calls need approval first and a deposit that becomes non-refundable once approved. For these calls Bianca Pavel is present to observe another stylist's work but does not perform the service herself. Waxing covers eyebrow, lip, chin, below-chin and full face appointments, which are short.

Massage is offered by Stefan Sandu in relaxation and deep tissue sessions of 60, 90 or 120 minutes, with add-ons including aromatherapy, cupping, hot stone therapy, foot scrub and hemp oil. A percussion gun treatment is also available. Travel or set-up fees for massage require the salon's approval beforehand. Cancellations or changes made 72 hours in advance are requested, with a 50 percent charge for changes made within 48 to 72 hours and full charge for same-day cancellations or no-call, no-shows.
