Appointments are required. Appointment lengths run from about 10 minutes for an Olaplex mask to around 5 hours for balayage with a blow dry. Booking deposits are $10 for haircuts and gel facial masks, $25 for most services, and $30 for balayage, highlights and color-out services. A 15% cancellation fee applies, so clients are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible if they need to reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The salon sells Redken shampoo and conditioner for dry hair and Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. Gift cards are available in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
