Laser hair removal uses GentleLASE and GentleYAG lasers by Candela. A cryogen spray is applied just before each pulse to cool and numb the skin, so no gels or anesthetics are needed. The salon says these lasers have the largest spot size in the industry. Most people need about 6 to 8 sessions, spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart for the face, 6 weeks apart for bikini and underarms, and 6 to 8 weeks apart for legs. The treatment does not work on blonde, red or silver hair. For borderline hair color, a free test spot can be done in person. There are no contracts, clients pay per treatment as they go, and payment is not required upfront. When the treatment protocol is followed, every session after the 8th is offered at 50% off.

i-Lipo is a low-level laser device for fat reduction and body contouring that does not cut, freeze or destroy tissue. A session includes about 20 minutes of laser treatment followed by 10 to 15 minutes of infrared laser vacuum massage. It can treat the abdomen, saddle bags, thighs, upper back, bra bulge, neck, arms and calves, but it is not used on the female breast. Treatment is offered in courses of eight, with two sessions a week over four weeks suggested and the number set at consultation. Only one area is treated at a time. Before treatment, clients complete a medical questionnaire and consultation, and i-Lipo is not recommended during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or with a history of malignancy. The salon says i-Lipo is FDA approved for circumferential and cellulite reduction, and that studies it cites found patients lost an average of 10% of the circumference of the treated area.

Photofacial treatments use Photoderm VL/PL by Lumenis (IPL) and are aimed at redness, freckles, sun spots, age spots and rosacea, and can help boost collagen. Multiple technologies are used as needed, and according to the salon, these are not charged as separate add-on fees. A full-face session takes about 45 minutes to an hour, and spot treatments take less. Chemical peels by SkinMedica and the VI Peel line are offered at prices from $85.00 to $350.00, for concerns including acne, acne scarring, fine lines, hyperpigmentation, melasma, rosacea, sun damage and uneven tone. Microdermabrasion, which mechanically exfoliates the skin in about 30 minutes, can be paired with a chemical peel to help finish the peeling process. Spider vein treatment is recommended for veins 0.5mm or less in diameter, and broken capillaries can also be treated with several technologies. The salon says these can be eliminated or greatly reduced.

The salon offers D·E·J BioStim Treatment Solution, a topical treatment available only to professionals. Its patent-pending, dual-action formula combines antioxidant phytoacids with a multi-acid delivery system. According to the business, it is clinically proven to support the skin's own collagen and elastin production, a claim it ties to a 12-week clinical study. The business also states that the treatment suits all skin tones, including deeper tones prone to hyperpigmentation. The salon also sells its own skin care range, which includes Renewal Retinol, Nectifirm, Lumiquin Eye, Teamine Eye Complex, Regenerating Skin Nectar, Restorative Eye Treatment, Restorative Skin Complex and Authority Cleansing Gel.
