Sessions take place in a warm, quiet room on a massage table. Clients are draped throughout, and only the area being worked on is exposed. Before a session, the practitioner asks general health questions, and a written doctor's recommendation is strongly advised for anyone under a doctor's care.

Therapeutic massage blends Swedish, orthopedic and relaxation techniques and is tailored to each client. Orthopedic massage therapy addresses musculoskeletal pain, mobility and function and may include PNF stretching, K-Tape, cupping, MFR and exercises. Lymphatic massage uses gentle rhythmic techniques for post-surgical or general healing. Prenatal massage is offered through all healthy stages of pregnancy, and hospice massage is offered in the home for clients in hospice or end-of-life care. In-home therapeutic massage is available from $250, depending on location.

Integrative health and wellness coaching is a customizable program for recovery, balance and long-term goals. Programs may include post-rehab fitness, balance, strength and core training, posture, balance and body composition assessments, stress coping and grounding, a cardiovascular fitness plan, and a nutrition assessment with anti-inflammatory guidance. Online virtual coaching is offered when hands-on sessions are not possible.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. No-shows are charged and will not be booked again, and late arrivals may have sessions shortened while the full session is charged. Clients with one or more regular weekly appointments sign a contract, with sessions deducted from packages, and recurring weekly appointments must be cancelled two weeks ahead.

Offers integrative bodywork and wellness coaching aimed at pain relief and whole-body wellness, with sessions and programs built around the individual client.
