Wellness Studios

Wellness Studios brings several independent practitioners together in one suite in the Scholls Business Center in Tigard. Each practitioner is independently contracted, so clients book directly with the person they choose and that person sets their own preferred payment method.

Services here range from holistic skin care, massage, meditation and mindfulness to psychotherapy. The psychotherapy side operates as iPhilosophy Holistic Psychotherapy and provides counseling to individuals, families and groups in Portland, Oregon, including mental health services designed for specific cultural communities, for both adults and young people. Clinicians on the therapy team can work in English, Arabic, Spanish, French, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, Ukrainian, Russian, Romanian, Finnish, German and Italian.

Booking is done with the practitioner directly, by phone, email or the online booking system, and booking in advance is recommended. Some practitioners accept most insurance, while others take cash, check, credit cards and mobile payments, so it is worth asking the person you plan to see.

Changes to an appointment need 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be charged a fee of 30 percent, and an online-confirmed appointment that is cancelled or missed on the day is charged in full.
